OPPBTP needed to structure the monitoring of its 70 subcontractors. Previously managed via email and manual files, the process was time-consuming, unreliable, and a source of stress during audits (ISO, Qualiopi). With business growth of +30% in one year, the limitations of the existing model became even more apparent. It became urgent to simplify, secure, and centralize document exchanges while maintaining a collaborative approach with partners.
