Following a tender process to find a provider for automating third-party monitoring in France, we chose the Aprovall platform to support us in this project.
In our business, we work with various companies and are required to exercise due diligence with our third parties, ensuring their tax and administrative compliance. We must verify that the regulatory documents provided by these companies are accurate and current.
With B&B HOTELS’ growth and the resulting increase in service providers, we needed a solution that could centralize documents and streamline third-party management.
Previously, we collected paper documents, and the verification (checking dates, validity, and compliance) was manual— a tedious and time-consuming process.

This new process saves us time and provides clearer visibility on missing documents per provider.
