NAOS deployed a Procurement Information System to structure its processes and comply with Sapin 2 and LME laws. Before this implementation, supplier document management relied on office tools, consuming considerable time. The goal was to optimize indirect supplier management through Oxalys, connected to SAP from 2017. Previously, email exchanges and server storage heavily occupied teams without providing real added value.
Solution
In 2019, following a tender process, NAOS deployed the Aprovall solution along with the BvD (Moody’s) data provider. Connected to the Oxalys SRM, they enable centralized information management. Aprovall was implemented within weeks, with the activation of the documentary and regulatory collection module.
