From e-Attestations to Aprovall: Reflections on a Pivotal Year and Ambitions for 2025

2024: A Pivotal Year for Aprovall

In 2024, Aprovall, formerly known as e-Attestations, reached several key milestones. From launching our new platform, Aprovall360, to rebranding with a new name, this year has been full of achievements. Let’s take a moment to look back on the highlights and share our vision for the future of our company.

2024 Review: Key Highlights

Performance & key figures
2024 has been a year of growth and success for Aprovall
– +25 % growth
– Over €12 millions in revenue
– 1,800 loyal clients

Among these results, we are particularly proud of maintaining a churn rate below 3%, demonstrating the quality of our customer support. Another noteworthy achievement is the implementation of an FCPE (Employee Shareholding Fund), enabling our employees to become shareholders and directly benefit from the value we create.

Highlights of the year
With growth achieved entirely organically, we strengthened our partnerships with key players such as Ivalua and Esker. These successful integrations enhanced the value of our solutions for clients. Technological highlights included automating liability insurance guarantee checks in multiple languages, leveraging advanced AI to transform processes for many clients.

A growing team
Our team grew with the creation of 16 new roles. We also bolstered our core competencies within delivery teams and middle management.

On the cultural side, a standout moment was the presenting a professional thesis defense by one of our Key Account Managers (KAM), which resulted in an actionable plan developed with our HR team. These initiatives reinforce team engagement and enhance our ability to manage change effectively.

Vision for 2025: Strategy and Goals

Strategic objectives
In 2025, Aprovall is setting ambitious goals to provide clients with ever more effective and tailored solutions in an ever-evolving environment. We aim for significant European expansion while prioritizing data sovereignty and governance—key to ensuring organizational security and compliance.

Here are the key priorities and client benefits :
– Integration of new data sources and expert scoring models
– Advanced dashboards and reporting tools
– High-performance, secure infrastructure

With these advancements, Aprovall is committed to helping clients transform their processes, strengthening their resilience and competitiveness.

Innovation and differentiation
To drive innovation, we will continue to harness the power of AI, including language models (LLM), supervised learning, and new data sources. Our clear objective: to provide clients with reliable, real-time information to optimize decision-making and mitigate risks.

Global vision
We believe in the convergence of challenges in compliance, risk management, QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment), and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). Organizational continuity in the face of current threats requires robust, adaptive solutions. In 2025, our strategy will align with these major trends while anticipating emerging market constraints.

Our tips for 2025

For 2025, we recommend that our clients implement a structured program for governance, risk management, and third-party evaluation.
Together, let’s tackle the challenges of a complex world by leveraging new technologies and optimizing our ways of collaborating.

“Tackling challenges also means paving the way for new opportunities!” Emmanuel Poidevin
